  • Once the cream cheese has melted into the pasta, mix in the smoked salmon and lemon juice. The pasta will have cooled slightly and won’t overcook the salmon.

  • Serve the pasta topped with green onions and a handful of fresh spinach or arugula on the side of your bowl or mixed in to add a little bright freshness.
  • For an extra touch, sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
